Morne holds a National Diploma in Building Science and Construction Management from Tshwane University of Technology. His career spans senior operations and executive roles at Eris Properties, Summit Management Services and Steinhoff Properties - where he oversaw multi-billion rand commercial and industrial property portfolios across South Africa, managing everything from tenant installations and facade rehabilitations to new developments exceeding R540 million in contract value.
Since founding Lamcon in 2021, Morne has applied that same standard of planning, budgeting and delivery discipline to residential renovation and construction projects along the Hangklip coast. Every Lamcon project is personally managed by Morne from the first site visit through to final sign-off.
